Falesia das baleias
2007 – project, Prado, Bahia, Brazil
Costa das Baleias (Whales Coast) is located at the very south of the State of Bahia. The project covers 529 ha, distributed along the Atlantic coast for a length of about 3240 meters. The project presents an innovative urban design, aimed to interact with the natural environment of the place and keep it as the leading element of the project. Building types are devoted to commerce, hospitality and residence; their shape and size are intended to be highly assimilated into the surrounding landscape.
Ecoresort - Villaggio turistico
2008 – project, Prado, Bahia, Brazil
Project for an exclusive resort in Praia do Farol, Guaratiba, on the south side of the town of Prado. All the buildings - the Ayurvedic Centre, the restaurant, the sports center, bungalows and villas - are designed to naturally integrate into the surrounding landscape.
Tororao
2010 – project, Prado, Bahia, Brazil
Project for a tourist village that faces the Atlantic Ocean, hidden in amongst the Atlantic Forest.
La Capaccia
2013 – in progress, Tempio Pausania, Italy
This residential and tourist intervention is situated on the northern coast of Sardinia, in a site of considerable landscape value. Buildings are conceived to minimize environmental impact with both their shape and construction types.
Il giardino del Sile
2015 – in progress, Treviso, Italy
The project entails the requalification of a disused industrial area, situated on the edge of a natural park along the bank of the Sile River. The urban design provides for commercial, office and residential buildings with villas and apartments. The vertical layout of public buildings and the villas arrangement enable perspective views of surrounding nature and the small dock.
Portal dos abrolhos
2011 – project, Alcobaça, Bahia, Brazil
This project for a tourist complex includes villas that overlook the sea and a lagoon, apartment buildings, hotel, Spa and shopping and service facilities. The intervention is characterized by buildings made of natural materials and integrated into existing greenery.
